2. Eligibility
Open only to U.S. residents aged 21+. Employees of Sponsor and affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
December 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
4. How to Enter

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $250 Functional Marketplace eGift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner selected at random. Winner notified by email and must respond within 48 hours. May be required to sign eligibility and release forms.
7. Publicity
Winner agrees to allow Sponsor and partner brands to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy
All information subject to Functional Marketplace’s Privacy Policy.
9. Release & Liability
Entrants release Sponsor, partner brands, Meta, and affiliates from all claims related to participation or prize use. Promotion not affiliated with Meta.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel or modify promotion due to fraud or technical issues. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under Ohio law.
